We built AltasBridge because most international recruitment is broken.
Too many Filipino nurses pay tens of thousands of pesos to brokers, arrive in Europe with debts, and discover the job promised is not the job offered. We refuse to operate that way.

Why we built this

AltasBridge is fee-free for nurses. Our revenue comes from the German employers who hire through us. We adhere to the WHO Global Code of Practice and the German Triple-Win framework, which mean we never recruit from regions of the Philippines facing healthcare worker shortages.
Every candidate gets a real person to talk to. Every employer gets a transparent pipeline. Every milestone is logged in the platform — no backroom decisions, no surprises.
